About Me
Sons Health & Safety's management and operations are structured to deliver on our mission of providing comprehensive support for individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. Our founder and CEO Chantae' D. Vinson, a mother of two boys with neurodiverse differences, leads the organization with a vision of creating a more diversified and inclusive workforce, and school environments. She alone has done the work and has the expertise in disability advocacy, health and safety regulations, and specialized education to ensure our services are both effective and empathetic.
